Yvonne teaches Yoga on Tuesdays at 8 a.m., Barre on Wednesdays at 8 a.m. and Step class on Saturday at 8:00 a.m
Chris teaches Barre Above on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. and Band and Strength on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m.. On Saturdays join Chris for Barre Above at 9 a.m, followed by Band and Strength at 9:45.
Join Karen Mondays at 4:45 p.m. for Zumba and 5:30 p.m. for "Combat" Arms, Butts and Abs., Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. for Chisel-ates, Saturday at 10:30 for Zumba followed by Pilates at 11:15. Then finish the week on Sunday for Pilates at 9 a.m.
Join Rachel on Friday at 10 a.m. for a 45 minute Beyond Barre class.
Join Patricia on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. for a 60 minute Yoga class.
Trisha brings 15 years of fitness experience to TWFC along with an extensive dance background. You don't want to miss her TBC classes on Sundays at 8 a.m. and Mondays at 6:30 p.m, Thursdays at 5:45 PM and her FREESTYLE FRIDAY class at 6 PM.
Join Holly and Michelle at 6:30 p.m. and on Sunday at 10 a.m. for Zumba. *Must purchase classes directly from Holly and Michelle or Drop In for $3 if you are already a TWFC member.
