Join us for a variety of fitness classes!

Band and Strength with Chris

Resistance bands are used to build muscle as they recruit stabilizing muscle groups, and provide extra intensity to already challenging body-weight exercises. 

Barre with Yvonne

 A Barre class is a workout done at the ballet barre.  This workout is designed to increase your  strength while helping you  to tone, sculpt, and lengthen your muscles from head to toe.   (Mat)

Barre Above® with Chris

Barre Above® is a barre certification program that blends the latest  exercise science with the principles of the Lotte Berk method (the  genesis of the Barre movement) delivering a fusion of ballet, Pilates, yoga and strength training to the workouts.    (Bender ball, light weights, mat)

Cardio Fusion with Val or Rachel

Burn fat in this CARDIO workout using light weights while incorporating the core to deliver an all- around workout! Easy to follow choreography makes this a favorite! This class ends with abdominal work or deep stretching.  Suitable for everyone! (Light weights, mat).

Chisel-ates with Karen

A class that begins with strength training (Chisel) and ends with Pilates. This combination is the best of both strength conditioning and the practice of traditional Pilates.

"Combat" Arms, Butts and Abs with Karen

A 30 minutes full body workout class starting with a warm up and  "boxing" with  light  weights for arms followed by a lower body focus. The class ends with ab work and stretches.    

Pilates with Val or Karen/Piloxing SSP with Elizabeth

PILATES is a mat class designed to strengthen, tone, and stabilize the muscles of  the abs, back, and butt. Muscles are lengthen and stretched creating  long, lean lines! You are not strong until you are Pilates strong!  Suitable for all. (Pilates ball, Pilates ring, mat)

   

Step with Yvonne

 Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. The "step" is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost  your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles  

Stretch Fusion with Val

A combination of Yoga, Pilates, Barre and Stretch techniques.  A mat is a must. Use of fitness straps, Pilates rings, light weights, Ballet Barre, yoga ball, and/or Yoga blocks may be utilized. (Mat, exercise strap)

Total Body Conditioning with Val or Trisha

A fun non-stop strength class designed to build muscular strength and  endurance, burn fat and sculpt the body using a variety of equipment  including body bars, weights, glides and stability balls. (Light and  heavier weights)  

Yoga with Yvonne or Patricia

 In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in  the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You  can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. (Mat, yoga blocks)  

Zumba® with Val, Karen, OR Holly and Michelle

 ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that  create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines  feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and  slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. MUST PURCHASE HOLLY AND MICHELLE'S CLASSES SEPARATELY.
